This 30-day program is designed to increase your upper body and core strength, and help you build a lasting workout habit. Thirty days doesn't guarantee success, but the more consistent you are, the faster you will see results! In this challenge, you'll start with a baseline assessment- decided by YOU!- and learn the technical foundations of a proper pushup to avoid injury. As the weeks progress, your goal is to hit your baseline, your standard, or increase it the number and intensity (don't worry, that will come!) to build endurance and muscle tone. The course includes specific recovery tips and progress tracking tools to keep you moving forward, as well as coach-led support, and community to remind you that you're stronger than you think, and you're not alone! Finish the month with a final strength test to see your improvement and qualify for the final giveaway! Are you ready to show off your strength?!
